We have been watching a lot of you playing The ER and read all the comments. So when we had the time to fix a bug where you could get stuck on a bed, we decided to add some new stuff to the game based on the feedback we haven gotten.

So now there are new secrets where one of them is a little nerdy and probably hard to find. And some new stuff here and there, which will hopefully make the experience a tiny bit more exciting.
